You will learn:
Go grab your notepad, pens and a gigantic coffee because this class is more about mental gymnastics than physical execution!
You will NOT want to miss this class!
Lesson Focus:
ALL WILL BE REVEALED!!
+ SO much more!
Week 3 is all about ONE FOOT SPINS!
I’ve named this class after the words that I say the most when teaching this spin, which you will hear a lot during our class.
You will learn:
This class is all about FINESSE baby!
Every element we do in skating should come with an official ‘entry’ and an ‘exit’. We do this to create dimension in our skating and exude a level of professionalism that we should all strive to achieve!
You will learn:
Oooo this is where our skating really starts to take-off!
In this class we will learn about Toe Pivot Spins and how to transform these Pivots into the Instagram-famous Compass Spin.
You do NOT need toe stops
You will learn:
The final week is all about collecting everything that we have learned and putting it all together Into combinations!
You will learn how to combine:
PLUS, we will have a short Q&A session at the end to recap everything we’ve learned and make sure everyone is 100% confident in what we have worked on over the past 6 weeks!
How it works
Each program is carefully designed to take you through 6 tiers of progression, each deeper than the last.
Weeks 1 & 2 are always about building strong foundations, to continually stack on throughout the course.
Weeks 3 to 4 are often where students will find the techniques difficult, yet they see the most growth once they’re on the other side!
Weeks 5 & 6 is where you will start to see everything coming together, this is where your true transformation will be evident! We will combine everything that we have learned into sequences and combinations.
BONUS!
But by participating in a cohort course, you will no longer be practicing on your own all the time!
You will be in contact with fellow skaters, who at exactly the same stage as you, struggling with the same things and who have the same questions. You will be automatically placed into a groupchat where you can share your progress videos, ask questions & build relationships with other skaters.
Starting Saturday 22ND June. For 6 consecutive weeks at the same time listed below.

Six to Spin Course
Six to Spin course has various learning phases and for each class you may need a different space. Ideally, you want as much space as possible, so that you aren’t restricted to how much effort or power you can put into the elements we are learning. Although, if you do not have a suitable amount of space during the LIVE class, you can always rewatch the lesson recording when you are in a bigger space.
Ideal space: 5x5 meters
Important: You may not need much space for spinning, however, please note that skating near kitchen surfaces and walls can be very dangerous. Falling onto hard surfaces can cause injury, so please be aware of your surroundings and create a safe skating space if you are at home.
EDEA Spinner Course
No, you do not need a lot of space, however you need an extremely flat surface. Wooden planks and textured floor tiles are not ideal.
To assess whether you have enough space, you will need to be able to comfortably spin with your leg at full extension, without hitting anything. The more space the better though!
Ideal space: 3x3 meters minimum
You want to sign up to a cohort course but you wont be able to make one or two of the classes? Don’t worry!
Each class is recorded and sent to you, so you’ll never miss a thing!
